TERMS AND CONDITIONS
User registration on the website owned by EMPOR & TELSON GROUP, SLU (hereinafter referred to as the ANYTONEamps) is absolutely voluntary and implies the full acceptance of whoever transfers their data, both as a User or as a Client, of all the General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, so the User must read them carefully before performing any type of operation.
RETURNS
If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly and clearly evident, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transit or that an error in the goods received is similarly evident, the Customer must note this on the delivery note and inform ANYTONEamps by e-mail to the address:

within the 24 hours following the reception of the order in order to be able to request the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement for a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it.
If any of the items you have ordered does not meet your needs or you simply do not want it, you must pack it in the same way you received it, and return it by the same shipping method you received it within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, postage prepaid, by mail to the address:

and by calling the contact number on the website. We will assign you a return number which you will need to enclose with the respective packing slip in a clear and legible place on the packaging.
As soon as we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, we will contact you to let us know if you would prefer another equivalent or tell us what you would prefer to be reimbursed for your purchase.
In the case of electronic equipment (amplifiers, loudspeakers, acoustic screens, etc.), the amount will not be refunded in any case, nor will the refund of the amount paid be processed, if it is detected that they have been used in any other way than simply testing their punctual operation so that the Customer can check their satisfaction with the product.
In any case: we will only accept the return of items in the same condition in which we have sent them to you, complete and with their packaging in perfect condition. The shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective item.
Excluded from return or exchange are products made especially for you, and a number of items that by their nature of operation, have wear and tear or are fungible; which prevents their resale after return, such as:
VALVES – SPEAKERS – HEADPHONES – GUITARS AND BASSES – ACOUSTIC BOXES – BLISTER PACKS – MATERIAL IN BLISTER PACKS
Writing or labeling (your own or the carrier’s) on the original product packaging or tampering with or changing the original product components is not permitted.
It is essential that the returned material is in impeccable condition and that it includes all the accessories, components and manuals with which it was sold (including original packaging).
Once the return of the material has been confirmed and reviewed, the amount agreed upon will be recorded on account, and it will be up to the Customer to choose whether to use it for future purchases or to pay for it within a period not exceeding 30 days.

WARRANTY
This warranty is subject to the purchase invoice that we send along with the material of the order placed. In case of incidence, based on the alleged malfunction or manufacturing defect, the steps to follow are: Contact us by sending an e-mail, detailing the breakdown and/or incidences found, it is very important to put the reference of the invoice number. With this information we will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
If the repair is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and is within the period established in the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty, there will be no cost to the Customer (labor, spare parts, etc.) except for the cost of transportation.
The warranty start date is understood to be from the date of the invoice of sale of the product, and the period will be reflected therein.
The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or tampering, incorrect installations not carried out by our Technical Service, when applicable, etc., or materials that are worn out due to use. Damage caused by external devices, power surges, electric shocks, or improper handling of the product will invalidate your warranty.
Repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
ANYTONEamps reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand to verify the origin of the problem. In case of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the warranty, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
