This amplifier is based on the legendary Fender Tweed Bassman® the true beast of Rock&Roll and Blues.
Famous for its distinctive and impossible to confuse tone.
The two 12" speakers are mounted on a rather thin floating baffle that creates the characteristic 5F6A tone. Initially designed to amplify upright bass, it has become the hall of fame must-have of all guitar amps, can be heard on countless recordings from the 1950s with Elvis Presley, and can still be heard in any recording studio today.
